Asif Monir involved in Rupsha LP Gas and Petroliam Ltd. as a Managing Director of board of Directors. He obtained Masters of Administration (MBA) in the field of HRM and PhD fellow under University of Edward, USA. He has extensive experience of any kind of Business and entrepreneurship development activities including research and study. He is responsible for Integrated research and development Project Planning, Designing, Costing, Project Management and its proper implementation including staff management in head office and field level staffs with supervision and monitoring. In addition to this he is responsible for to Look After overall Management and Administration including staffs recruitment, Management, supervision and monitoring in head office and branch offices.

Asif Monir has vast experience on Communication and Coordination with relevant agencies such as GOB, Local and Foreign Donor Agencies. He is responsible for Project planning, designing, costing, management and its proper implementation and different type of report preparation including HR Policy.

Asif Monir has possess experience on Administration, Management, Supervision, Communication/ Liaison and networking with other relevant agencies such as GOB, Local and Foreign Donor agencies in home and abroad. Maintenance of organizational officer/staff, Monitoring, and Evaluation of the overall project activities. Management of financial activities including budget approval, Fund flow etc. Arrangement and Management of seminar, workshop, symposium, annual, monthly & weekly meeting etc. He has well experience on Trade and various type of business planning, designing, costing, management and it’s proper implementation including different type of Technical Training, Entrepreneurship development, Job creation and attachment, Leadership development, IGA, Communication methodologies.

Asif Monir is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Rupsha LP Gas and Petroliam Ltd. He has strong communication and coordination with local government officers/personals in the overall country with GOB and civil society’s personals.
